Rockfall blocks road to Toktogul HPP

A rockfall of approximately 105 cubic meters has occurred on an internal service road leading to the Toktogul Hydropower Plant (HPP) in the city of Kara-Kul, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Kyrgyzstan reported.
