Shukur azhy Ismailov appointed Deputy Mufti of Kyrgyzstan

Shukur azhy Ismailov has been appointed Deputy Mufti of Kyrgyzstan. The order was signed by the head of the Spiritual Directorate of Muslims of Kyrgyzstan, Abdulaziz kary Zakirov.
